  • Therapy

    50-60 minute sessions, weekly, biweekly or monthly.

    We work together to: learn your nervous system and relational patterns, regulate your nervous system, energy and emotions so that you have can heal the parts of you that are unintentionally zapping your energy and keeping you feeling small and stuck in life.

  • Autonomic Asana

    90 minute 1:1 session

    The first 30-45 minutes is a physical yoga practice focused on completing incomplete stress responses living in your body and regulating your brain, autonomic nervous system and energy to prepare for deep internal therapeutic work.

    The second 30-45 minutes is a somatic IFS therapy session focused on healing the parts of you holding the pain and resolving patterns that are unintentionally blocking you from your highest self and best life

    *Great for developing: an intentional embodiment practice, interoceptive and proprioceptive skills, and an increased sense of living life grounded in your body vs. “being in your head”.

  • 1:1 Coaching

    A blend of powerful coaching techniques, yoga, nature-based movement and psychotherapy techniques to help you live that BIG life you’ve always dreamt of.

    Examples of coaching techniques: visualization, guided meditation, goal-setting, accountability & calling out patterns, readings/videos and embodiment practices to help your brain & body tolerate those BIG amazing experiences in life as well as the stressors and difficult lows.

    *Depending on your preferences, sessions are a mix of virtual and in-person, as well as, some sessions may be more focused on yoga, whereas others are talk-based and others may be spent hiking.

  • Hiking, Yoga & Meditation

    An easy to moderate, 1-3 mile hike round trip

    60 minutes of Yoga Asana (physical postures) and mediation

    Community building with like minded women who enjoy the outdoors & yoga and who value holistic wellness & growth!
